After having the emails about the questionnaries the other day and a phone call about a previous test I had another call yesterday. Seems they are very behind so are trying to catch up by getting people to tell them the answers over the phone or via email.

It's always amazed me how a company the size of Boots has such a manual process - you'd think they'd have all the questionnaires available on your profile to submit electronically!

They've now sent me a letter saying they couldn't contact me via phone or email (!) so could I please fill in another sheet about the problems I had with a face cream. I don't remember the test or having any problems with it!

Just received two packages from Boots one had the night serum in it the other had the day & night serum regime in it with a day cream. I'm very happy to receive all these and not complaining but it would make more sense to only send me one lot and let someone else trial the other when they are the same things.
