Mobile does not work at home
Hi,
I have a contract phone with O2 at the moment, recently moved and now unable to make calls from home. Wondered if there is anything I can do?
Thought about transferring calls [divert] but if the phone does not receive calls then that may not work.
I can however use the phone via my wireless router, so could use Skype not sure if that would help

When you say you are unable to make calls, I presume you mean you have no network coverage at home.
Does it work if you stand outside?
If so you may find a spot in your house where it does get enough signal to receive text messages at least.
Does any other network have good signal in your area? You could try asking O2 how much it would cost to buy out of your contract.0 -
I have this problem with 3 so when I am at home I change to manual settings on the settings menu0

Nothing you can do, You moved house to an area with no O2 signal, not O2's problem.0
