Cancelling VM BB early

Took out a 12 month contract in September last year but will be moving out this month. Don't want to take the service with me, but don't want to leave it to the next tennants either.
I read the T&C and they seem a bit confusing, as they seem to have different charges for different circumstances?

can anyone help? what do i need to do and how much will i have to pay? I would ask them, but i only have a mobile (not on virgin) so can't make use of their 150 number and don't want to call their 0845 number. I think writing to them would take too long as well, as I'm moving out in a couple of weeks

found a number that was freephone in the end and use the 0800 busters service. got put straight through to the movers line without waiting a single minute, and as i'm a student i actually get reimbursed for my cancellation fees when i renew the contract later? or something like that. either way only will be paying £22 to leave 2 months early.
what a relief:j, all those scare stories from other people had me worried
edit: the number for movers is
