Generally, if you have a problem with something you've been asked to do, it's best to say so face to face rather than email to say that someone else doesn't think you should be doing this.

If your posts are an example of your written English, I'm not surprised it doesn't make him happy, even if you do follow his template exactly. I'm not saying that's fair, because he must realise English isn't your first language, you've said you're not a technical writer, he hasn't arranged training, and your practical skills are what you were hired for.

But even when I (think I) have some understanding of what you're saying, there are so many errors that it would drive a literate manager to distraction!
