Set up costs of new business

Options
My boss is considering starting up a new limited company and would like a list of all the costs involved.

The business would trade very little except to invoice his other company for rent. There would be no staff and things like stationery I suspect would be "borrowed" from his other company.

I've thought about the following costs;

Accountants fees
Accounts software
Companies house registration etc. - not sure what the costs would be on this?
Business banking charges

If anyone can think of anything else, I'd be grateful.

    Last time I looked, it was £15 to register a company and there will also be approx £5 for swearing with a notary.
    He will need separate stationery as the company number has to be shown on all correspondence, but this could be set up on word.
    Not sure if accounting software would be necessary if the company only has one customer and is issuing v few invoices, which again could be crested on word.
