Hi all,
It occurred to me this morning as I woke up that I missed a trick recently when streaming my Win XP disk.
The software has an option for adding KB's to get the installation fully up to date above and beyond sp3. Well, I don't have the KB's on my drive but I do have the $uninst-wotsit$ files.
These, presumably contain copies of the files, setting and reg entries that were changed during that update.
So the question is - is there software around that will recreate the original KB?
