debate time, can I ask though. lets ignore condoms and rights and wrongs for a minute. you meet a bloke your having sex with for a week because it suits both, for whatever reason its now finished after only a week. but shes pregnant, only SHE has the choice weather to KEEP the child or not. I wonder if it was the men who got pregnant by accident would they have an abortion rather than keep a child from someone they no longer have contact with. plus if a condom does split you can get a pill or something to take, morning after pill is it. I havent been in this situation so its hard to say what I would do. For myself i'm not keen on abortion but its an option. If I got pregnant in those circumstances I think I might go the abortion morning after pill rather than have a child with some bloke I barely knew, I think there is only one reason a woman would do that, we all know it goes on:D0 -

its one way of them sticking their hand in a blokes pocket for the forseeable isnt it;) in some instances a pwc can be better off financially this way than if they didnt have a child. would you Zara be happy to have a child with someone with whom you had a relationship with for 1 week? the broken/forgotton condom is a weak excuse at best, there are things you can do after the event.
i've even read that if a pwc who happens to be on benefits gets too much money from an nrp they can get their benefits stopped because they have enough to live on.0 -

Oh dear..some people do live with their head in the sand.
There are girls out there who do not want to work and do see men as a meal ticket. With income support, CB, free rent and CSA they do not have to work. No they dont have a good standard of living, but they dont work. Just look around you to see how many young girls are pregnant.
As my post about my hubby has been referred to alot you have no idea the true cicumstances in the same way you dont know most people on here..and yet you judge.
My hubby was silly not wearing a condom...but he was young and stupid and very niave (he did believe her when she said she was on the pill)...and he has paid the price. The ex did not want to work...didnt get on with her folks...and yes she saw my hubby as a meal ticket. My hubby has paid maintance from before the CSA even came into force...and now pays through them. Regarding seeing the child...well his ex made that very difficult and nasty....and stops him from seeing the lad unless she wants more money. You would not believe how nasty it has got...put it this way sadly police were involved.By the way the day she found out she was pregnant she gave up her p/t pub job and has never worked since. This ex has now had 3 more children by 3 differant men and is still a single parent.
You should not judge all NRP as something that need locking up and throwing the key away.....so many men want to see their children but cant thanks to nasty PWC....my hubby felt it best not to pursue it as each time the child was bought into the middle of it all like i said..you do not know the full situation and what has gone on..and i will not discuss it all here.
Oh and i am also a PWC so see things from both sides.0 -

You should not judge all NRP.
And I dont, neither do I judge any PWC (except maybe my own:D) but from your statement thats what I was saying. you've proved my point that it is going on. did your husband have a say in weather he wanted the child or not?
if the and yet you judge is aimed at me then you are dead wrong. I dont judge any on her whichever side of the fence you may be, I dont know all the ins and outs of all these situations. But I tell you what I think we have the same PWC lol.
these threads are an eye opener for me I can tell you. I thought no one else had a pwc as bad as ours, in the beginning I thought her antics were jokes sadly for me over the years she proved this is the way she likes to live. However its not just me that has one. I wish there was a way we could swap our pwc for a decent one0 -
I am not having a go at anybody..honest;) I just got qiute narked how my post was jumped on and no body knew the story.
In answer to your question Blonde-bint (love the username by the way!) my hubby did ask about abortion and he did say he didnt want children...which he still doesnt hence we make sure we dont have any...he now has had the snip and i am sterilized as i dont want more (2 is enough :rotfl:) ...and he was met by horror from family and from her...he was told it was her body and it's her choice. Ok..as a female i can understand that abortion is a difficult choice and not a nice 1 to choose...however, it meant that my hubby became a father when he didnt want to be and he had no choice. This is when again you get the chants.."he should have put something on the end of it"...and like i have said before..in the heat of the moment and being told she is on pill, a few drinks...well....commen story. When my hubby confronted her about her being on the pill he was met with "i forgot to take it" and then over the next few weeks it came out she wanted a baby. My hubby then had no choice to to pay out weekly payments to a child he is not allowed to have any say in the up bringing of and after much greaf from the PWC and the stress got too much, he now has no contact.
It's a whole messy business when it includes children.
By the way i am a nice PWC and would love my kids dad have them often and instead of giving me money and involving the CSA, i would be happy for him to spend money on the kids so he knew the money went on them...sadly he chose not to have contact.
Anyway...these posts have no gone off the OP's topic completely:cool:0
