Tiscali - Moving House and Taking Package With You

I am moving house to another house in the same local exchange area and want to retain my number and take my tiscali package with me.
Has anyone else done this recently and had any success?
When I try to fill in the page on their website to do this, I get the following error:
"The moving is not allowed"
I have been trying for two days and still get the same error. Their help section says that what i am trying to achieve should be straight forward. I called the Tiscali helpdesk and the guy verified that he had the same problem with the website. He advised to call the Tiscali phone department for help.
Any ideas?
