This is a good deal, but I'm rather mystified that Orange do these offers with the 1000 off-peak minutes tariff... doesn't this render the offer pretty useless to most?
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

How reliable are these cashback type offers ? Can e2save be trusted to come good with the money when the time comes ?

  • Gotta be careful with whom you deal with when it comes to cashback offers, but happily E2Save are probably more trusted than most.

E2Save are owned by Carphone Warehouse and I have personally had cashback with no problems from them.
  • hmmm....e2save took 4 months to post back 1st cheque - still waiting for 2nd cheque after I had a text from them over a month ago saying it was being processed....proceed with caution I say!

I have always found e2save to be brilliant when it came to cashback.

Use it as an alternative to your home phone.

We've used similar deals as this in the past as our home phone for the year and never had to pay for a single call on the home line during this period. We also sold the handest in the past to actually make some profit out of the deal too.

Free handset ! Profit from Quidco ! My Razr was new & unlocked so just using with Voda payg sim at the moment. Can use the Orange sim for free off peak calls to other Orange users or landlines. The info i received from e2save was good with detailed instructions on when to send the vouchers in for the cashback.

Thanks Westy for posting the link, forgot that.

Me, my girlfriend and my brother have all had cashback contract deals with e2save.com, and they have honoured all six of them within a month of the bills being sent. Cashback deals might have changed recently though, as it seemed to be a lot easier 18 months ago.

All together I would recommend them.

Yes E2Save are okay with cashback, albeit a bit slow - make sure you send your bills back by recorded delivery. If you want to know more, the MSE mobile phone forum has a lot about cashback deals. It also has a poll on companies who do cashback which is very helpful.
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist.
