bluetooth mobile for internet access

Hi
I have been using my bluetooth mobile to access 0845 Isp's (inc with O2) on my laptop, I've been doing this for ages, with no problems, although its only 9.6kbps it's OK for emails while out and about.
Recently I've been unable to connect, the mobile dials out but will not connect, I have numerous 0845 dial-ups to try from but all either get through and do nothing or dial out Ok but hang up after a few seconds...
Any ideas?
