paypal payment reversed after 3 weeks

My experience of something like this is from the side of some one defrauding my bank account using PayPal.

I had 6 or so transaction to different sellers on my bank account (no sign of these on my PayPal in fact that bank account has never been connected with or used with PP).

I disputed these with HSBC who quickly and efficiently refunded me and issued new card they sent a letter that I had to sign to say these were not my tranactions.

Somtime later HSBC sent me a whole pile of evidence for 1 of the transactions, ebay and paypal print outs and I had to say I still did not reconise the transaction the only bit blancked out was the house number where the expensive trainers were sent.

It was clear some poor seller was trying to get their money back from PayPal/HSBC.

ebayers must have valid contact details (name, city, and telephone number) lodged with ebay
