they have always been spot on with my orders....except for this last ime. Usually I have my order delivered during the afternoon in the week - and it's right, and on time. This last order, which was a bit of a mess, was delivered last thing on a friday night (only spot left), and it was late and wrong. But that's probably the friday afternoon mind of the pickers - we are all fed up by then, lol!!*** Friends are angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly ***

Tesco were three hours late last week and have cancelled twice this week :mad: Always worth ringing up though - last week I got them to refund the cost of delivery. This week I reminded them that Sainsburys give customers £10 if they miss the ordered delivery slot - duly got £10 and the cost of delivery.0
