Lol, that's alright, I'm a forum member of the company you were relating to anyway.
ahhhh
Went through a spate of complaints a few years ago but not heard much of them in recent months.
As for the other company, not heard of them but have to wonder if they are hoping the similarity in names would get them more business

Was it a single item or an item assembled (e.g a tower with motherboard and processor in?
IIRC DSR doesn't completely cover things built to your specs as it would a normal retail item.0 -

No was a single retail boxed item.
Have learnt a few things myself having read through the DSR and such like that I didn't know previously0
