Maybe the VI's are like the authorities in Thelma & Louise, when they had them cornered just before the end.0

Here ya go mate -
Just forget all the silly figures, everything you need is right here. Now, are we at first 'V' or the second 'V' :rolleyes:
Well if it is the the first V the drop would have lasted going on two years, so the bull trap must be the same'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
I'm still trying to work out what VI means......
Apart from that, I agree with everyone...err I think!
VI = Vested Interest
Everyone has a Vested Interest.
Those that STR have a Vested interest in prices falling
Those that have property as an investment want prices to rise.
Those that are renting want rents and prices down
Those that are BTL LL's want rents and yields to rise
Those that want a holiday want air fares, hotels etc to be cheaper while the pound to be stronger
Everyone has a Vested Interest, it just depends where your interest lies:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
Some men you just can't reach.

Best post so far. Don't forget that those who are waiting to buy have a VI in prices falling too, important one, that.“I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled.” - P.G. Wodehouse0
