Then why is it legal for Companies to cash cheques for strangers, how do they get there money back?0

The companies that cash cheques, on the high street are financally regulated, hense they can then cash cheques, but their is a fee for their service.
Can you not look into the suggestions that others have posted, co-op, abbey national accounts, in reality why pay to have the cheque cashed when if he can get an account not pay?xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Good news, there is a note on the form saying he can give the details of another person with a Bank Account if he does not have one.
