Really? Whenever I've phoned them, they've refused to give me job details without my national insurance number, which I don't always have on me (and, no, I can't remember it), and when I've asked if they can look for certain other vacancies, they tell me to go back to the job points or website...0

Same here :mad: They only give you info on vacancies I have seen on their website. They also have told me that I need to keep checking their website and have not helped me search at all0 -
I have been on the dole for 18 months and have seen it go from 10 min appts to 3 every 15 mins, I actually feel sorry for the staff, some are cowbags but 90% are nice people who hate their jobs, which are pretty low paid.
When you sign , they are not there to offer you careers advice, but simply to ensure you have met the terms in order to claim your money.0 -
