Moneysavers cant be loyal to any brand.

There is the thread on these boards (started by Martin if I remember correctly ) about disguised own brands - which basically says that many manufacturers also make the supermarket own branded items with slight if no alterations.

answer to the question - NONE Im afraid ( 2 years ago quite a few, before I found this board ) lol
Thanks to everyone who posts comps :T

LOL....Fair point but I just can't help buying those brands as I have tried most of the alternatives but always end up coming back to them!

I am prepared to try other brands but there are a couple I stick to, one is Ariel washing powder ( son is allergic to almost everything else) we also use Fairy washing up liquid, both of these are often on BOGOF or some offer and we load up the cupboard whenever we see a good deal.

I don't like Heinz beans, we don't use many but Tesco value taste fine to me!

    Aquafresh toothepaste
    Anchor butter.

Every couple of months the aquafreah is on somekind of offer so I stock up then.

I always use Persil washing powder and Clover spread (its the only one I think that tastes remotely like butter  ), Colgate Sensitive toothpaste and King of shaves gel. I do tend to stock up when the offers are on though. I think Asda's toilet rolls are great value too.

  • I can only think of one:

Fairy Washing Up Liquid - have tried all of the cheaper alternatives and end up using more.

I would have said Heinz Tomato Sauce at one stage, as I'd tried all of the supermarket own brands and didn't like the taste but Iceland's seems to be a winner recently!
Its nice to be important but more important to be nice!
