Multiroom lite works for exisiting customers

i joined Sky 5 months ago after having a leaflet promoting multiroom for £5 a month, known as multiroom lite. But i could not get it applied as no one seemed to have heared about it!
Another leaflet dropped through the letterbox today with more about multiroom lite. So i made a call and the gent knew all about it. Due to vat changes it is £4.90 now and he is refunding me for previous months and adjusting for the future.
No hassle at all - fab!
