It is not the interest you can claim back. It is the insurance premium plus interest and some compensation. How much was the PPI premium in each loan?

    Hi there.;)

For more information on reclaiming PPI use the link below to help you through this with the templates, write your own reasons and they have 8 weeks to respond in full.
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

You don't need to add the figures in the reclaim letter, but they may come in handy later on to compare them to an offer they may try to make.

Keep at them, your write to the ones who sold and arranged your finance, post by recorded delivery, good luck.;)

Hi DI3004 We have just had a reply from FRF, Basically they are saying they are in the right and we don't have a leg too stand on, Because we renewed finance in 2007 (we had previouse finance also with same company before new finance) we had the right too cancel the PPI and as we did'nt then thats are fault, At that time none off the information reguaeding PPI and Mis-selling had'nt come too our attention, We heard about Claiming back Bank charges and also PPI on bank loans but not on car finance till i seen a TV advert, We need advice on where we should go from here, All information greatly recieved, We are soo flustrated on their attitude too us,( Car finance held with same company now for 7yrs), only 1yr left with them, We feel we are being treated unfair.:mad:

    Seems a little confused here.
You state that you did not request or were aware of the PPI, but then say you have never claimed because you husband has been in work. That would suggest you were aware of the insurance.[/QUOTEOnly aware

Hi only aware by smallprint once we got papers and checked through, Thats why i quoted that my partner had never claimed:rotfl:
