There are a couple of ways to find out about Mystery Shopping.
1) go to Google and type in Mystery Shopping. Just about every company who employs Mystery Shoppers will appear on there. Apply to every one of them, then you will get a good selection of the work available.
This way of getting the companies names is the best as it is FREE,
this information is freely given and you should not have to pay for it.
2) Go to Ebay and PAY for a list of companies names, not only will you PAY for the companies you will also PAY for p&p.
All of the information you PAY for would have been free on Google.
Please note though, no matter how you gain the Companies details, some are PAYE and some are SE, for the SE ones, you must register as Self Employed within 3 months of starting work, or risk a fine."Dogs come when they are called. Cats take a message and get back to you" :j :j0 -
I'm a sports coach in my spare time. It's great fun and you don't have to be active or good at the sport to do it. Also you can often find places who will pay for you to do a course so you are qualified. I run a club where I don't get paid, but aside from that I am often asked to coach one-off classes and regular other groups and can get paid between £15-£30 an hour. There is a massive shortage of sports coaches, particularly in some sports - like mine!0

Actually with regards to getting info on Ebay not only are you wasting your money but the info is probably out of date as well. The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0

Im struggling to make a bit of money and thought about a Grave Tending Service in my area, mainly directed at Expats or people who just can't get to look after their family graves.
It would be great if anyone could give me any feedback on this idea and I could call it market research! for a business plan.
Ideas for names would be a help aswell, I'm in West Wales0 -
Loopy_Laura wrote:Hi Everyone...thank you for all those tips! Got a bit of an update on Ann Summers for you all, a manager called me yesterday and gave me a few details about how it works. I am going to a party tomorrow to be trained! Am quite exited.
You get 23% commission on what you sell, so can expect to make about £50-60 per party. No start up costs...all you have to do is pay kit rental of £3.50 per week, your kit is worth £500 and you get it for free when you have made over £1,000! I think I am quite lucky that in my area there aren't many party organisers for AS so hopefully I will get a fair bit of businees, she said this can be drummed up by placing cards in windows, leaflet dropping and placing ads in free papers etc. All I can do is give it a go and see what happens! With regards to leaflets and cards my boyfriend works for a printing firm so I will get these for free!
Some of you have mentioned being a mystery diner, I did this before and used to have loads of free meals from it but when I moved areas (from the Midlands to Sussex) they have stopped! It's annoying because I was on a waiting list for years! You go to chain restaurants like You get really good budgets for meals, (and pay any excess yourself),
https://www.maritz.co.uk
Be aware you may go on a waiting list but then you might get an emergency call, you never know!
Great info Laura but companies really do not like mystery shoppers posting thier clients and the fees in public. This is normally sensitive information and would have been in the briefing notes you get with your jobs not to discuss with 3rd parties. You are in effect giving away information to other companies who can then tender for the contract and Maritz could lose it.The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0 -
Sorry didn't realise, was only trying to help people on here wanting to make a bit of cash. Have deleted the post now, could you please do the same? If anybody wants the company details please let me know and I will e-mail them to you. Have champagne tastes...but got a beer budget!!:beer:0
