Linda-I have to agree, those dolls are *slightly* straaaange

I'm off on the cross trainer in a bit. Did 8k the other night and had the night off last night and feel a blob again. *sigh* Also, in drunken stupor, told sister I am coming to Canada so she can help fend of the barbed comments from Mother.

Now now less of the negative thoughts! I think I might have had a breakthrough. After going to pot yesterday I threw the remainder of crap food in the bin all tied up in a bag. I got it out the bin today and said I can do this and you know what I had 3 squares of chocolate today and I managed to leave the rest :) now theres a first! Just got back from run club...7 very hilly miles but along with the 3 mile walk today I feel great 800 cals burnt today :)
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...
