Orange Free Text Top Up Tariff - Evening Calls?
Hi,
Searched through the threads, can't find the answer to this, sorry if I missed it, but:
I signed up for the Free Text Top Up tariff, which, given a few delays and hiccups in applying, has gone reasonably well. I also got the free evening calls (and Orange World Access) each month.
I've found out that this is no longer on offer - but for people who signed up for them before Xmas, and have been receiving them, will they still apply?
Surely, if we signed up for it, we should still be getting them - I haven't had notification that we won't anymore - it was part of the tariff when I transferred to it, I should be told of a change to my tariff.
Anyone know the answer to this one?
My bro, also on same, hasn't had his calls applied this month, so he thinks we won't be getting them any more, but then again mine were NEVER applied on the same date as the texts, so I dunno yet.
Thanks for any help

You need to make sure you put on £10 per month for this to work, me and my G/friend are doing well on this offer we get
300 TXTs Free
600 On Network Minutes
£4 Worth of Orange World
You Must put the £10 on at least 1 day before your expirey. Calling 453 wil tell you this date."Don't panic just chill out and smile"

Thanks but, yes I know that I need to do that, I been on the plan for several months, know all the rules, the time scales, etc
But are we still going to get them (evening calls), can't find anything on Orange website and the free evening calls offer doesn't exist anymore.
I perhaps didn't make clear in my post, my brother HAS topped up, got his free texts, got his free Orange World bundle, but no evening calls, despite having signed up before Xmas when it still existed, and having received them for the last applicable months.
I can't tell from mine, my month is supposed to run from 16th - 15th, but the texts have been started late, and a different date every month, with the Orange World and the Evening Calls being applied different dates to the texts too.
I had a text (2 weeks ago) saying that I need to top up by 15th April to get next free texts, but that was after the texts had been applied on the 27th of February. My minutes run out tonight, and I HAVE topped up a few days ago. My texts ran out on Sunday, and I haven't had new ones applied yet - Orange's dates are all over the place with this, and I know they had problems with them not being applied each month on time (that in itself doesn't bother me too much, cos I know they'll be there at some point).0 -
You should still get them. If i remember rightly, they were going to be applied to any valid accounts for the next 5 years.0

Thanks, now that you say it, I remember seeing something about 5 years now.0
