    A 10k car failing after 19 days is not a warranty issue it’s a merchantable quality/SOA issue.

    Remind the dealer of that and if he doesn’t play ball give trading standards a call

    What if a stone's damaged the rad, is the dealer responsible for that ???, give garages a break, they cant be held responsible for everything.

    If I was you I would definately call Trading Standards now anyway - its what they are there for. If it isn't anything to do with the dealer then they will vindicate them anyway, you have nothing to lose by trying.

    Valid point that the OP should check out before going to trading standards...

    Personally, if it was me, I'd just get the rad replaced. Its all part of owning a car - they need maintenance.
