I'm in and really looking forward to this week. Did well last week but then other things took over mid-week and I slipped badly.
Haven't managed to catch up on the new thread yet (sure this must be the most active one on this site!) but hope everybody has a good week.

Breakfast and lunch done for tomorrow. Can't be bothered to pack my gym bag now, but it shouldn't take too long in the morning.

I've weighed all my food for tomorrow, and worked out rough calories:

    6am - smoothie - 195
    8am - banana - 95
    10am - yogurt, muesli, strawbs - 350
Lunch - salad ( lettuce, cucumber, tomato, carrot, fennel, celery, radish baby corn) and feta - 190

So now I know where my problem is... I start the day eating sensibly, and then proceed to starve myself  which explains why I'm so hungry when I get home!

I need to cook the chickpeas I've been soaking, and also cook some pasta for lunches.

So if I'm going to yoga and the gym tomorrow after work, I need to make sure I eat my pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and dried figs in the afternoon. I've weighed them, so I'll know how much I eat!

    Morning All

Hugs Holly - that's awful news.

I'm thinking I'm going to do a quick HHC in the kitchen before I get dressed and ready for work.

    Have a good day all
