Evening all,
I'm in. Thanks Pigpen and Soappie.
I joined in with the visualisation. I hope it helps.
We had a bit of bad news earlier. OH's Nephew was found dead in his bed this morning. The police are treating it as suspicious but aren't saying a lot. He was only in his 30's but he was an epileptic alcoholic so the news hasn't come as that much of a surprise. Everyone knew this day would come eventually. It's still sad though despite all his problems he was a lovely guy.
My list
Magnificent Monday - Kitchen and dining room
Level One
Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Scrub down the front of units and large appliances and kickboards
Level Two

Clean out the gruesome fridge

Holly - so sorry to hear your news. Hugs and prayers for you and your family.
I haven't quite managed to get to the bottom of the ironing basket - there are two kingsize duvet covers left , but most of it is now neatly stacked in the airing cupboard. There will, of course, be more tomorrow when the next lot of laundry is dry and ready to iron
However, I need to stop now, as I have to get myself ready for work, and try to get to bed at a sensible time as I want to go for a swim before work and to yoga and the gym afterwards.
Today's step count is below 7000. Clearly spending the morning in bed requires more of a catch-up than a bit of gardening and some ironing!

Hollyh sorry about your sad news
Hello to all the new flyers :hello:
I'm in, but I probably won't be able to do much until next weekend. I am going to try to get a load of washing in each day and half hour of ironing after work. My youngest DD is away on a school trip from tomorrow so its going to be very quiet without her here.0 -
Just checking in before bed, late for me as I've been watching some of the election results.
Holly big hugs for your entire family
LL and Toots I tried my absolute hardest and hope you both sleep well and that the effects of the visualization are long lasting. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
