Hi Riversidejo, welcome to thread.
Our usual meeter and greeter Toots is unwell at the moment. If she were here, you would be getting a lovely welcome PM. Because she's not I'll say welcome instead!
Pigpen's first post explains everything, so have a good read of that. Ask anything you don't understand, no such thing as a daft question.
The visualisation is for 2 of our lovely flyladies who are unwell, Toots and Lady-Liberty.
The stars are for the completion of a day's list.
Best advice is... don't try to do too much at once. Babysteps all the way. HTH

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
at you lot on the end of last week's thread! Poor Soappie
OMG this internet mobile communication age has it's downside...
Some 'gossip' going round that DS's ex GF (broke up Thurs or Weds?) is going out with one of HIS mates from another school (therefore DS introduced them) so desperate wailing and gnashing of teeth started again (he felt better this morning) anyway I suggested he call her- in shower, then didn't answer then she called
I am begging him to keep it light and be nice and pleasant and to be patient because if he wants her back he mustn't burn bridges...
like I'm any good at relationships
I am finding the whole thing depressing.
and I have had a terse message from my friend about ignoring texts -
well I don't ignore them deliberately but if I don't hear them I might not spot them for days because I don't use my mobile that much
it's not hard to work out is it? - if you send someone a text to which they don't reply either they didn't get it at all or they haven't seen it yet.
It's hardly the end of the world is it?
Anyway brilliant to hear that George and his mum are home...
and welcome to the serious lurker that is Riversidejo
this is meant in a joky way hun - cos I looked at your join date and post count...I did that - joined and just read things, in shock usually, for aaages.
Made up for lost time now though. Jump in!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Went back to clean the bath after the visualisation :eek::eek:... so it's had a very thorough scrub. I can't believe how filthy I was after gardening
I'm just eating my supper and finding the programme on iplayer, then I'm going to do an hour's ironing in the hope of making a significant dent in the pile
valli - hope your DS survives the trauma. I don't suppose telling him that his first girlfriend was unlikely to be his last will help  As for your friend, if she really wants to talk to you, she'll call (well, I would...)0 -
Oh dear Valli
I know what you mean. I've had to explain that to a few friends, just because a text has delivered, doesn't mean I've read it!! or that I've had the chance to respond. Some people live with their phones surgically implanted!!
Conversely I've had a couple of terse remarks from friends who take their phones to bed with them, and then have been upset that I've text them late at night. I don't do that anymoreMMSSB Club Founder Member

Happy fluttering ladies, i'll let you know how it goes after tomorrow xWife, mother and domestic nightmare0 -
Hello :hello:
Please can I join this week? :xmastree: I'll try my best to do all the Monday tasks.
Once I'm back from work, picked the kids up, made tea, bathed and got them to bed - I just want to sit down! (It's usually around 9pm then).
This is how I've got in such a mess though, so keeping up with you guys should help!! I normally have to spend all weekend once a month "spring-cleaning" as I resent spending every weekend cleaning and just want to spend it with the family.
Enough waffling - I'm off to bed to prepare for tomorrow!!!0
