I must be one of those horrible mums - all DS toys etc are kept upstairs......he can bring them downstairs and play etc, but when he is finished/goes to bed, they all go back upstairs in his room. (except the Wii and the games which are beside the TV)

I dont have enough room for all his clutter to be all over the house.

Bungle - I'm afraid you only get a star when you've completed all three levels. I still see some uncrossed on your Monday's list....

I exactly the same, the toys are kept / returned to their rooms, and they tidy up their rooms daily before tea. I don't think I'm horrible - just sensible as messy kids turn into messy teenagers, and my OH mam has got terribly messy big kids (23 & 22) still at home and I'm not making a rod for my own back with mine.

Just thought I'd mention that my DD(4) & DS(3) love to tidy, they ask if they can use their "helping hands" there is also a song that goes along with it that we sing. Give them a feather duster and they happy as Larry.

Just to clarify - I'm also not the type of mam that won't allow them to get messy, they have paint, play dough (HM), we bake e.c.t - It's just if we mess it up - we clean it, if we get it out - we put it away.....I just wish OH was on the same page as us...arrrhhhhhh
