Just to prove that I can be MSE too, I'm doing apple and blackberry souffle with fruit I picked while fishing along with a couple of stray eggs from the fridge...........and bottom of the fridge veggie soup.

Evening all.

Phew, well where do i start?

Good news first.

Had a meeting with line managers yesterday, result of which after next bout of training i get a wage increase.

I also got paid today with backdated expenses!!!

Bad bits.

I have loads of admin and paperwork to do for next bit of job, but will be worth it. I was having problems with windows explorer-swapped to Firefox and now i can download my docs superfast. So less faffing and i will be able to work quicker.

House is a tip as have left to teenagers all week.DS has been working, but DD has been surfing T'internet, mooching etc. Got back in tonight and loads of stuff all over place including last nights plates. ( we went out to a pub quizz so only got back in at 12 pm) Standards have slipped Chez Bob.

Other bits. Had a gardening blitz and potted up loads of bulbs and winter pansies in a feeble attempt to make it look decent. The garden really went to pot over the summer when i was poorly. One would think with three other adults here that help would be given! Oh well, good job i am on a go slow.

More bits and bobs.

Need to get a couple of windows replaced, as one is leaking in and despite my best attempts with a sealing gun the heavy rain prevailed and seeped in somewhere. I am damned if i know where..but need to get some estimates and replace before winter sets in tout suite! That's about it really. I can now fiendishly play with my bank account for a bit and transfer some things around.

Easy come, easy go..hey ho!
