    have a glass for me bob...didnt trust myself so was a saint and didnt get any! Sorry only just caught up whooooooo for DD and 2:2...all the bestest people get them :) well done dd and hug for mummy! Lol re oh and the "viewing" ....pmsl!! Men and women are just sooo different arent they eh!!

    You could set up a little assessment centre for them both. A competency based interview so you are seen to be judging them both on a common set of criteria.
