CPW cashback query

T & C for CPW says send in 4th, 8th, 12th airtime bill to claim without mentioning how many months you have to be connected.
Does that mean if you receive 4th bill at "3 months and 2 weeks" since connection, you can send that in to make the claim? Or do you need to wait for your connection date to pass 4 months before sending that in?
I know OSPS is very strict with the dates, and they clearly specify in their T&C's you must be connected past 4 months etc before sending in the claim.
Anyone with recent experience from CPW cashback claims can give me some clarification?
Thanks.

e2save say the same - and it usually means the bill you received as soon as the 4th month is complete.0

With E2save.com, I sent the 4th 8th and 12th bill I actually recieved.
Another quick question, does anyone know if on a cashback deal its possible to change tariff (upgrade NOT downgrade).
I have a off peak 1000 minutes Orange contract (£20 pm) but I'd like to change it to a 120 Minutes anytime X-Net Tariff (£25 pm).0 -
With both CPW and E2Save, I've always sent the actual 4th 8th and 12th bills that I received through my door and always received my chequeback. I know with CPW, if you do happen to send in the wrong bill, they send you a letter telling you so.0

for e2save try this link

took out a deal with BTMobile through CPW where i sent in my 8th bill, took a while to get the redemption i signed up for - they sent me a lesser ammount, and still haven't sorted it (3months late) - staff seem friendly enough to deal with and apologised and avised me to speak to the manager if it still hasn't been sorted in a couple of weeks.0

If it is cashback then you may upgrade (better to check with e2save cs rather than orange cs) -but if it is on free line rental offer like 12 months free then you will not get the money back .There is a difference between cash back and the free line rental deal as explained to me by e2save cs longtime back.0
