And btw OP, unless you have really gorgeous legs or a freaky profile picture it'll be difficult to sell them at a good price.

There's a loophole so you can sell them IF you don't have any 'dirty' pics (nothing above the knee) on the ad and you expressly state there's nothing erotic or sexual about the ad and you say that you'll clean them to ebay's standards (whatever they are) before shipping.

And I have great legs thank you... especially in heels

It's not a loophole, it is just some people think that by saying 'I'm not really selling to a fetish market, honest guv' ebay will believe them. However if they are not selling to a fetish market then they won't sell, you can't have it both ways.

If you decide to sell this sort of thing and nowingly break the rules then set up a brand new account, then when you get a single warning, close the account and start again. At no point allow yourself to get suspended on any account, once you do that your entire ebay career is over.
