Non-standard Toilet Seat Hinges

Hi
I have an Ideal Standard suite, which was fitted when my flat was converted somewhere between 2001 and 2004. The toilet seat hinges have corroded and now snapped off on one side, and I am struggling to find a replacement on the web.
No idea what the suite is called but the toilet seat is circular rather than the usual oval shape. The hinge is also in one piece, with one long hinge screwing onto the toilet seat and two hinges screwing onto the lid. I therefore think I can't use a generic replacement hinge.
Been onto the official Ideal Standard spares website (Fastpart) but I don't understand the terminology - what is a strap or buffers??
Also it says the model number is to be found inside the cistern lid ... not on mine! The pictures of the hinges are generic so I can't even identify my hinges that way, and the ones that I think might be mine are £42 plus a £7.50 delivery charge!!
I don't have the time or money to make a mistake on this. Can anyone please advise how I can find a replacement quickly and at a reasonable price? I am in Bradford.

theres very little difference between all toilet seats. a couple of designs will fit 99% of WC pans.
try BQ/wickes/wilkinsons etc for seats at about 10 quid, complete.Get some gorm.0 -
This is the most likely candidate for my toilet:

I agree, it also sounds to me like Ideal Standard "Space" range - that's the one I know that has the most circular vertical silhouette/seat. We have "Space" fitted in our en-suite (which we built in 2005) and our downstairs cloakroom.
I'm pretty sure if you look around you will find the seat and/or hinges much cheaper than on your link! If it is "Space" then the hinges unscrew from the edge of the seat and un-bolt from the pan - really easy to change.0 -
I have spent half the afternoon on the net and found the complete seat for £55 plus VAT plus delivery!! The only place I can find hinges is the Fastparts site which is expensive, not user friendly and crashes in both IE and Firefox. I am not being lazy in asking for help; does anyone know of a cheap supplier of this item and how I can be sure of the model?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Hi,
I stumbled upon this eamil after looking on the web for hinges for a circular toilet seats from the 'ideal standard' toilets range. I have the same problem after the hinges on one side of mine has snapped off.
Have you managed to find suitable hinges anywhere???
Any help on this matter would be massively appreciated as it is driving me mad!!!

Hmm, I like the look of that universal seat. I just need to check the dimensions... fingers crossed. Right now it looks like it's too long, but the diameter is otherwise OK. I'm not 100% sure it would be compatible.
Right now I'm thinking that the best I can do is otherwise just find some really damn good glue (Metal Bond by Araldite?) and hope for the best with a bodged up DIY job.... Any advice for finding some really, REALLY strong glue? I have already tried Epoxy Resin and it wasn't strong enough.0
