msn/facebook hacked

just running the kapersky one now had problems getting it to run something to do with enabling java but it is running now so see if it shows anything

Checking the following settings tools internet options/advanced option/securit/ phishing filters (there is a yellow exclaimation box) is this right I cannot remove it or click the box

what a waste of a day so far!!!!

With the FB account did you try the forgot password question,

yes i tried forgot password but it was just going to send an email to the compromised email account there was no secret question request, i assume this means a secret question option was not set (the ac belongs to my daughter)

I have run kapersky online scan and nothing found

Do you think I Should do a Hijack this log??

I feel quite uneasy abot using the internet for my usual shopping sprees!! not sure what may be lurking

I trust Kaspersky's online scanner, on my PC it even picks up my hacking tools as being hacking tools lol
I always have exactly 8 suspicious files when ive run that online scan, but I know the files are definitely safe

Have managed to get msn annd facebook accounts back as a result of emailing microsoft

I still found nothing suspicious on any of the scans and have no idea how this hacker got into her msn account!!
