  • Just noticed an old ratio chart and that Silver might be at its 200 day moving average and have some support

Never looked at charts calculated like this, makes for interesting reading. Am still looking for lower prices. Bear flag on the dailies would suggest an initial target of $13.50's which would take us below the 50% retracement of the move from the Oct '08 lows to Nov '09 high. I continue to accumulate on weakness.

  • Here is the SLV chart again. I drew in the Fib level for the 2008 drop in price and we have recovered recently from 50% to 61% retracement for that.
Also the volume for the recent rise has been on lower volume then the drop which doesnt mean we stop going up but can make it vulnerable to selling pressure in future

When it breaks trend like this I dont expect it to just drop and come right back up. In theory it should spend a while around this price, eventually it might go beyond 20 but Im not expecting it to make a new uptrend just yet so this is just a bounce for now in my book

Yes looks good STT, very clear Bear flag, almost too clear, previously there was a flag on the hourly I think, which targeted $13.5, it has however morphed into a much larger daily flag which would target $12.5 (One can hope ;) ) That would also cross reference with the 62% retrace of the Oct '08 low to Nov '09 high

The house price graph he points to needs another 20% drop added onto it.

Anyone who deals in silver should know currency value matters and sterling index dropped 20% since 2005 so needs accounting for, it makes silver cheaper then realised also

I was watching Canadian stock brokers earlier talking about how London had not dropped as much. I cant believe they would make no mention of the currency devalue. It cant be a coincidence that outperformance is 20% also

    250 Grams (g) = 8.037625 Ounces troy (ozt)

    500 Grams (g) = 16.07525 Ounces troy (ozt)

The current SLV price is in troy ounces I presume, convert that to sterling for 500 grams and its £167.015 right?

Whoever made that video could use windows live movie maker and it'll take pictures directly, easy to use

OK its me I made those videos.

I dont understand what your talking about converting grams to Toz then coming out in a different price.

The future is grams and kilos. I sell 250 gram and 500 gram bars, it doesnt matter what it is in old Toz`s.
