I've used ebuyer for a couple of years now with absolutely no problems at all although I have a friend who has had to return something and they took a long time to refund her. Our citylink depot needs torching! The lovely guy who drives the van is at his wits end with them as well - they leave the deliveries outside at the depot overnight so if it rains they get wet. Not funny if you've ordered anything electrical. Boxes are always battered and as the driver this end treats them well I can only assume they get like that between ebuyer and him loading his van up.

Used then quite often in the past with no problems but recently have waited 2 weeks to receive a new Hard Disk for my PC. Ebuyer are blaming 'moving warehouse' on the problem.
Pants service so I won't be back.

    In a word, cr*p!
  • First post so here goes,

I thought I'd share my experiences. I've been buying from them for a couple of years.
What I've found is that yes the E-notes take about a week to reply to, usually gets sorted though, just not this week.
I find that if you go for the standard delivery times everything is fine, if you go for the slower free delivery (only available on some items) then I think your picking list gets put on the bottom of the pile and forgotten. When they get the list hey think, not needed for a few days, do these first, and that's the last time it gets seen until CS eventually put the order through again for 24 Hour delivery.
Good prices though, although if your after a laptop wait until Staples get a special offer, the offers are usually special even if their everyday prices aren't. I hate to say it even check the PCW site for some bargains, watch for slow machines being outed though (as in old spec but now with a DVDRW in).

Hope this is of some use to you.

Very cheap BUT I am still waiting for an item from them, no response through enotes = esucks.
I will be reporting this to credit card co. as it seems to be the only way to get satisfaction when it goes wrong.
I ordered an SD card from them on 11th Aug, still waiting for it now! Have tried enotes but no reply and they aren't answering their phones, in fact if you call up the number on their website it hangs up on you straight away but if you call one of the numbers on saynoto0870 then you get to hold on for ages (and still nobody will answer)

No response to enotes, I've reported it to the credit card company. Big shame really as I have previously used them to buy the bits to build 2 PC's and then some.

    Never again.
