I got left at 16ish and a little younger, me being 19 now.
This was when my mum was in hospital, and my dad is VERY stingy with money.
He took me to the supermarket and i got to choose what i wanted food wise, he let me have a couple of foody treats in there eg. pringles, cake, icecream that sort of thing, then gave me £40, some of that for a day out with my friends and the rest for many a bus trip and magazines etc for my mum to see her in hospital.0 -
Well, we're off in 48 hours leaving our 10 year old and almost 15 year old with our eldest for a week. I'll spend the entire week stressing, but eldest has been cooking roast dinners since she was 13, has been living independantly for a year at uni, and works in a school when she's there- so she even has a CRB check lol...
Glad it went well op.Only dead fish go with the flow...0
