The question is whether that is compliant with the FSA Waiver on bank charges.....I think I will have a think on this one and maybe go through the finer points of it to see whether it is or not.0 -
So are people requesting all knomn charges from their banks now? rather than going through years of statements, I have been going through some for someone online and found some...Unplanned Overdraft Fee charges, one for £170! It seems these can be claimed back now, and moreso as the person is facing financial hardship?0
