Barclays - Only Sent summary list not actual Dates of charges...what now?

    NSM - its completely impossible to calculate interest.

    I got the same 1 page document from Sharkleys - its pathetic

    2002 - £0

    2003 - £0

    2004 - paid referrels, total amount £75
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    The question is whether that is compliant with the FSA Waiver on bank charges.....I think I will have a think on this one and maybe go through the finer points of it to see whether it is or not.

  • So are people requesting all knomn charges from their banks now? rather than going through years of statements, I have been going through some for someone online and found some...Unplanned Overdraft Fee charges, one for £170! It seems these can be claimed back now, and moreso as the person is facing financial hardship?

    Yes and financial hardship is really about priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities).
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
