Barclays - Only Sent summary list not actual Dates of charges...what now?

    NSM - its completely impossible to calculate interest.

    I got the same 1 page document from Sharkleys - its pathetic

    2002 - £0

    2003 - £0

    2004 - paid referrels, total amount £75
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    The question is whether that is compliant with the FSA Waiver on bank charges.....I think I will have a think on this one and maybe go through the finer points of it to see whether it is or not.

    So are people requesting all knomn charges from their banks now? rather than going through years of statements, I have been going through some for someone online and found some...Unplanned Overdraft Fee charges, one for £170! It seems these can be claimed back now, and moreso as the person is facing financial hardship?

    Yes and financial hardship is really about priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities).
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
