They probably can sell at any point in the next 10 years, but most likely for an ever lower price. You can bet the house on it.
Male. Surely that comes through in some reckless frustration posts about house prices, and not caring about houses as anything but a shelter-to-price value, compared to say treliac's more homely attitude.

On Radio 5, just before the race, they had that favourite priced at 15/8. Don't know what the final starting price was, but that isn't much value-to-risk in a race like the Derby.0 -

Ok so sometimes bookmakers lose money on a particular event bigtime.
Take the Derby on Saturday, the favourite at the off. Was down to the fact that somebody on course placed 2 £50,000 bets with different bookmakers. The horse wasn't even placed.
Those book makers would have gone home happy.
Came 2nd @ 9/4 fame and glory.
Full result and some of the punts landed and lost.

The Fav was 2nd. The horse that should have been favourite was 1st. If bookies never lose everyone would be doing it.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Well,I thought you were a man, but in the PM you were also very sweet and I didn't want to presume anything:. I tend to think people opt for gender nuetral names for reasons such as I did, and then are better at staying neutral.and making effort to cover tracks if they are edgy bout revealing itIts some times hard to decided whether to use he or she in case one causes upset
In my house its only the woman who gets THAT frustrated about not owning/house prices. DH is very, very relaxed about most things.
