Does anyone have a wii fit? And if so has it helped at all with any weight loss?

I bought my H2B one for xmas, although i have hogged it. Combined with healthy eating i lost half a stone. you feel a bit of a plonker jogging on the spot in your house to begin with, well i did anyway, i shut all the curtains too just in case anyone fancied a peek. :rotfl::rotfl:
i really enjoy the yoga and muscle toning ex and the hula hoop, actually love it all. but then i do hate the gym.
