Perhaps we should start the DFW Chocoholics Anonymous Club!

Right, I'm off to wrap DD'd pressies. She's 5 tomorrow and could barely contain herself going to bed tonight, she's so excited! I forgot how exciting birthdays are at that age - bless! Night all (and hands out of the biscuit tin!) Night x
Hope she has a lovely birthday...Have a 13 yr old and 17yr old..they still get excited!
Oh..a confession...due to all my hard work yesterday and a full on day at school I rewarded my self...can you believe I ate a whole packet of chocolate digestives when I staggered home today? My daughter was not amused...she didn't get one:eek:

Does anyone have a wii fit? And if so has it helped at all with any weight loss?

I am so desperate for one and its my 21st coming up soon so hoping to get one then!

I bought my H2B one for xmas, although i have hogged it. Combined with healthy eating i lost half a stone. you feel a bit of a plonker jogging on the spot in your house to begin with, well i did anyway, i shut all the curtains too just in case anyone fancied a peek. :rotfl::rotfl:

i really enjoy the yoga and muscle toning ex and the hula hoop, actually love it all. but then i do hate the gym.

i haven't been on for about 100 days (it reckons) so prob put the 7lbs back on.

Makes sense to me, but I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. Crisps, pies, chips etc I can leave, but a bit of cake or choc turns my head every time!!!:rotfl:
I'm the exact opposite - I love salted nuts (oo er :o), ryvitas (not to bad, actually), salt n vinegar snack-a-jacks.

I'm down to **st 02lbs - lost some, put it back on over holidays (I swear, my steak was the size of my nephew ) and have managed to lose it again. This is the lightest I've been for a while :D

    Fag_ash_lil - that's an amazing weightloss - well done you!! :T

    Yaaay, a star :j
