Hey Sue - if you did it once - you'll do it again! x
The thing that gets me is the nurses and my GP didn't believe me!!!!, all I got was "have you cut out the chocies and chips"...................NOOOOOOOOOO I can eat them till the cows come home..............no offence Flying-fresian
Funny thing is I found it hard when people walked straight passed me in the street, they didn't recognise me :rotfl:Debt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -

Thanks I am determined to do it again but I already have 4 plates juggling in the air at the mo and I am sure I am going to smash one, hehe!!Debt Free Diary - Second Chances! Life in a Tourer........Debt free, building a savings pot0 -
Thanks Macgirl, after 35 ish years of being grossly obese, I discovered that any form of wheat made me gain weight. I cut the wheat and lost 10lbs first week, 5lbs next and 2lb every week for a year.
Yes, I can believe that. I know it's become very fashionable for people to have various food allergies, but some people genuinely do....
Did you see a programme a few weeks ago called "The Hospital"? There was a surgeon on there saying that we shouldn't eat any "Beige" food (ie: anything made from wheat and processed - anything naughty but NICE!!) - only natural unprocessed things such as fruit, veg, fish and meat.
And that sugar in any form (even honey) is bad.
Makes sense to me, but I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. Crisps, pies, chips etc I can leave, but a bit of cake or choc turns my head every time!!!:rotfl:
Good luck though Sue, at least you know you're capable of doing it. It's just small steps and you'll get back there X0 -

I would have quoted the "diet" I was on but didn't want people to think I was spammmmming hehe!!!!!!:rotfl: It sounds like its the same thing, I know all about refined and unrefined sugars and how the fibre in fruit allows the sugars to be released slowly.
There is more sugar in a slice of white bread than in a spoon of sugar!!!!! B****y shocked I was:eek::eek::eek::eek:
I can eat tons of chocolate and it has no affect on my weight at all but 1 slice of toast costs me 2 lbs......................then lets not talk about the effect it has in my lower regions.................irritable or what;)Debt Free Diary - Second Chances! Perhaps we should start the DFW Chocoholics Anonymous Club!
Right, I'm off to wrap DD'd pressies. She's 5 tomorrow and could barely contain herself going to bed tonight, she's so excited! I forgot how exciting birthdays are at that age - bless! Night all (and hands out of the biscuit tin!) Night x0 -

Evening all!
Disn't post anything yesterday- you guys with your healthy eating and diets inspired me to go to the gym- I did a spin classand then played tennis for 2 hours although I couldn't really move! So tired that when I staggered home last night it was all I could do to brush my teeth!
Anyway here goes PAD£22.41 TO Cap one today but balance went up as had to order something on line so now owe £80 but will clear by month end. Bit upset with the gym though - there were no free sandwiches!:rotfl:Working from home tomorrow so at least no cost for lunch!tobefree!
