    Hi all,

A pad of £1 for today. I looked at my account balance online and it is unexplainably low - problem is none of the transactions are showing to tell me HOW it can be that little because it's the weekend  I have spent a bit but according to my budget it shouldn't be that low. Desperate for it to be tomorrow now so that I can check it.

Got a few bits to do today so will probably be back later, have a nice day everyone
    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

With the diet - I look at it like this: If you've been "Good" (I hate that phrase when it comes to eating) all week, then a small treat/slip up doesn't affect your weight loss. Then it makes it easier to stick to for life!

Seriously, my take on the diet is this...............having worked out what makes me gain weight I can choose to have that food or not. That in my opinion is the whole point of the first weeks, when you slowly add the food groups you can see easily see what foods make you put on weight as the effect is quite remarked when you eat a food that you are "allergic" to. So avoiding them is easy or if you are having a bad week you can sin and know what will happen.
By having both doritos and ryvita you won't be able to tell if you can eat 1 or both of them....................sorry Angelic, just using it as an example:D

For me, I will probably stay the same this week, that is the effect of a toastie on me ;)

I hate that when it happens and it never adds up, does it:mad:

A bank worker told me once that there was a thing called ghost transactions. They are ones that are duplicates that are not cleared off your account until the end of the day. I only know this as I had a £25 charges levied in July 07 for going over my OD but I was actually under with no pending transactions...........the g*ts delayed refunding me till after the deadline of 31st July so I have that as a charges reclaim :mad::mad::mad:

Yes Sue, I agree. I've never done the diet you're on, but I did a detox from a magazine years ago, where everything's eliminated, then reintroduced.

I don't know if I'm allergic, but certainly feel bloated after white bread or too much pasta. Plus I used to travel to the Far East a lot and after surviving on fish and veg for a week, I definately felt lighter and healthier....

Got to go, DD is nagging me to play Monopoly (I'm using it to try and teach her the importance of money - and nuturing some property development skills!;))
    Catch you later xx
