I've not been paying too much above minimum payments a fair bit of the time but the two tricks are that I now have reasonable LOB deals on most of my debts and that I don't use my credit cards (would do in a dire emergency only). You'll get there in the end! I used my card a couple of weeks ago for some xmas stuff but I paid it back straight-away, I don't even know why I still carry them! You're just going to have to work harder to earn more!
