The same thing happened to me.I signed up to one of their services for free international calls for £24.99 per month but guess what?.They charged me the fee plus every call i made as well making a bill one month for £107.00!.
They have the worst customer service i have ever known so i switched to primus saver!0 -

I did eventually.I called the one tel main office in chiswick park on 02071818000.Ask to speak to somone on the managing directors team.It may be hard work because i dont think they are allowed to talk about just dial accounts as they are e-mail only cs.One tel are part of the group that runs just dial but they themselves have been bought over by talk talk.Just keep bugging them until they refund you.Good luck.........Neil0
