Well what do ya know!!!! How many people are actually surprised by this? Well done Nanna38, more people need to highlight the fact that TESCO think they have a God given right to humiliate their customers.

    Hi

Does anyone know the position re ‘free’ or %age-off coupons at Mr T’s? I’ve just had a Persil 1/3 off coupon refused as they said I had to buy the item for them to scan. All my other coupons went through ok (thank you to nice SA:T) but the Persil and a Fish Dish coupon for a free meal wouldn’t scan, although Mr T sells both the items.

I personally treat the 'free' coupons and %off (I presume you mean those with 000 as the penultimate three digits?) as just that. If you want them then use them and if you don't why not give them to someone who IS buying the product (That's what I do, I usually loiter  [Not long mind] and if someone put that item in their trolley I give 'em me 000 coupon, most take it graciously, one or two look at you like you've asked them to give you their first born  but I don't care at least I tried!

Some are lucky and tell the SA 'What they are worth' and get away with it  but I prefer not to raise my profile any more than I already have!!:rotfl::rotfl:
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

I know a few of you have had trouble with coupon net, but today I logged on from home and tried to print off the free milk coupon. It would not work. Goes through all the stages, lets me select coupon , send to print etc and says it has printed but it doesn't. I have noticed that it now says - Customer Notice - your IP address is recorded as ........ then all the fair usage waffle. Can anyone help? I did not have this problem at work but am on a massivenetwork there so not sure if that makes a difference - Help!
Using laptop now not PC dowloaded coupon printer software at my daughters this morning 'cos she has sorted me out with all the bells and whistles to make this really swish...took her 4 hours of downloading/deleting and saving things on to DVD's...everything ship shape and Bristol fashion now, and I'm not so scared of it now...came home and plugged in my printer and it was recognised straight away and went to couponnet and it said I needed to download coupon printer software as it appears I've not printed with them before...was very worried then, as had done it already this morning...so downloaded it again , and the it said I had to have some sort of add-on, so clicked for that, then it said sending coupons to printer....NOTHING HAPPENED....really , really worried now...asked me to do add-on again for what seemed an eternity and then.......IT PRINTED.....WOO HOO !!!Only going to do 1 of each now , never ever going to print 2 of any coupon ever again ...and never , ever going to try a Warbys coupon...once bitten....I know this should have gone on to techie thread but thought more peeps would see it here, and hopefully find it useful info.

hi all, i have with the help of the daily mail vouchers from today and some other genuine coupons and a spend 80 get 8 off tesco voucher got about 33.00 of vouchers off an 80.00 spend, i intened to buy all my items that i have coupons for as i only cut out and keep ones i will really use, do you think that they will try to prevent me using these coupons even though they are being used legittimately as my saving is very great?

you should be able to use as many as you want if you are actually buying the product so should be no prob, if you do pop over to CS after your shop...;)

Just been to my local Mr T's, SA told me that they had had a message today saying that Tescos were no longer accepting any internet coupons. I asked if she was sure that that was national policy and she called a supervisor who very happily told me that it was. Hubby is going to phone customer services to find out what's going on
has anyone else experienced or heard about this as from later post it seems that eveyone is still using internet coupons or am I wrong:confused:

Absolutely no way in Tesco Edgebaston that they get MOC off the internet. They come up all with a strange idea that they must have safecoupon on the back and should not have been printed from the internet, cause of abuse in their store. Store manager in multiple occasion, denied... Strange enough!

Went in Mr T's today and asked the sa that served me and she said she hadn't heard anything and asked me if it was a older sa that had told me that things were changing yesterday I said yes and she said that the older women are a bit funny about taking coupons for some reason, I asked her to let me know if she does here anything though. we will see though hey
