:T:T:T Thanks for pointing this out. I have been a Tesco shareholder for a number of years, having benefited from the employee shares scheme before I left and got a 'real job' in education :rotfl:
Every so often, when I have an 'Old Trout' mauling :eek:, I get nervous that I might get into trouble, after all, they make you feel like you are a criminal even though you are doing nothing wrong according to head office policy.

This week I spent £35, used a £5 Morrisons coupon then was only allowed £1.85 in coupons. I queried that normally it was a £5 limit (unless you get the right cashier!) and was told by cashier and supervisor that it was £5 or 10% and because I had used the Morrisons coupon I couldn't have any more!!!!!! No I know I'm no maths genius, but.................???

Needless to say this experience has been added to my letter that I am sending to Head Office, along with my receipts and coupons for various refusals to comply with the 'National' Spend and save policy, once the Morrisons promotion has ended.

Does being a shareholder really give you immunity from getting banned?

Basically, I've noticed in recent days/weeks that the content of the posts in the thread have been going hugely off-topic.
