It's awful how some stores treat people, i know i was getting so much grief from local store. I went cab, look into it cos they said to me things can be done if they stop u going into store and also hugh fernley wittenstall thingy (what eva his name is) bought a single share in t's when they banned him and they could then not refuse access to him....
What a wonderful idea, I'd never thought of that, just waiting for the stock market to open now. Can't wait to see the b*tch's face!!
:T:T:T Thanks for pointing this out. I have been a Tesco shareholder for a number of years, having benefited from the employee shares scheme before I left and got a 'real job' in education :rotfl:
Every so often, when I have an 'Old Trout' mauling , I get nervous that I might get into trouble, after all, they make you feel like you are a criminal even though you are doing nothing wrong according to head office policy.
This week I spent £35, used a £5 Morrisons coupon then was only allowed £1.85 in coupons. I queried that normally it was a £5 limit (unless you get the right cashier!) and was told by cashier and supervisor that it was £5 or 10% and because I had used the Morrisons coupon I couldn't have any more!!!!!! No I know I'm no maths genius, but.................???
Needless to say this experience has been added to my letter that I am sending to Head Office, along with my receipts and coupons for various refusals to comply with the 'National' Spend and save policy, once the Morrisons promotion has ended.
Does being a shareholder really give you immunity from getting banned?0 -

Hi folks
This is difficult to write, because I don't want to upset people - and I DON'T want to be misunderstood. What I'm going to say is said with the best of intentions. :T
Basically, I've noticed in recent days/weeks that the content of the posts in the thread have been going hugely off-topic. That's fine in itself - it's all fun and games, etc. But it takes ages to wade through all the non-relevant stuff to get to the important stuff (like new coupons, or important coupon-related news) in order to update the 1st page. For example, today there were almost 5 and a half pages of new posts (over 210 posts). That's A LOTTA stuff to read through! LOL!
There's NO WAY I want the thread to be split again!!! Honestly!!! That's not what I'm saying. But maybe if we can just trim down the random chat just a weeeee bit please?
I don't want people to feel reluctant to post. But maybe just have a think beforehand and decide whether your post is coupon-related chat or not? :A
Thanks for reading.
Lori
