    Hi Nanna
Sorry you had a pants day at Tesco, if it makes you feel any better I had a pants day too. Petrol Manager (goodness knows what he was doing in store) said I could only use 10% MOCs - new national policy. Hope he's wrong. I've emailed Dundee and will let you know what they say.

If I were you Nanna, I'd forget it and try again another day. As you say, they have no right to retain the coupons you'd tried to use in good faith. They are yours. If they'd accepted them they could have done what they liked with them, but they did't and should have given them you back.
Hopefully, next time you'll get a nice SA. Haven't you got to know some of the nice one's?
    Hilly xx

hi all, i have with the help of the daily mail vouchers from today and some other genuine coupons and a spend 80 get 8 off tesco voucher got about 33.00 of vouchers off an 80.00 spend, i intened to buy all my items that i have coupons for as i only cut out and keep ones i will really use, do you think that they will try to prevent me using these coupons even though they are being used legittimately as my saving is very great?

Great! Was the £33.47 from one store and £29.85 from another store? Hope so, as to go back into the same store for a second shopping spree is abuse of the policy and a definite no-no x

Goodness shakes didn't work for me either today, so I'm pretty sure they've been blocked across all stores. I'm suprised it lasted as long as it did to be honest, particularly as it has no date on.
