    Hi everyone

    Well back to the warbys saga

    My son has now formated the hard drive, and re installed windows. He then installed the usb and ethernet port so he could have the internet and printer working. He installed nothing else and then tried couponet. NOT WORKING. Same problem as before.

    He then swapped printers for an identical one off our 2nd computer.
    NOT WORKING, same problem as before.

    Our 2nd computer still prints coupons fine so its not a problem with the IP address as they both have the same IP.

    He is now going to format the hard drive again, using the full format function not the quick function.

    Will give you an update later.

    :cry::cry::mad:

    Hi CW.......this is just a suggestion which may solve the couponnet/warbys problem, but has anyone thought of installing a different printer on their pc or laptop?

    I have only printed a few warbys and at moment Im ok, but a while ago I read something about couponnet recognising your printer which only lets you print out 2 of each coupon before telling you print limit reached........if people removed their original printer and installed a different one, this may solve the problem peeps are having.

    Hi everyone

    we are still trying to sort this problem.

    can you imagine the scene, me in one room on one computer, son in another room on the problem computer and everytime VC sends a message I have to shout the message to my fab son.

    VC has been very patient with us and we still hope to get it sorted, with a bit of luck today, but who knows.

    Oh well, back to work, keep your fingers crossed everyone.

    Either VC or me will keep you updated.
