Ebay Refund Question

A quick question....
I brought something off ebay. Auction stated no refunds.
Arrived today and am not happy. Have emailed the seller asking for information so I can return it for a full refund.
Although she states no refunds, can she refuse for me to return the item??
Any comments will be appreciated

what was wrong with the item? Was it not as described or have you simply changed your mind? only if its not as described can you send it back. Or you could appeal to the sellers good nature? If you aim for the moon if you miss at least you will land among the stars!0

Sort of not as described.
It was a dress. When I tried the dress, there is a bluge at the side where the zip is. Almost as if the zip is too short for the dress.Make £2012 in 2012 #115: £919.86 / £2012

Then file a 'not as described' with ebay and if they rule in your favour you'll get your refund.0

But you must send it back to the seller (once they have acknowledged the dispute) by traceable means before they can refund you.0

i was just searching for a similar topic on this sort of matter. i just bought an item, which i wasnt happy with. i opened a 'not as described' dispute.
now they are ask me to send it back by traceable means. Can i do this with recorded delivery??
also, the seller said no refund in his listing - so will i get my money back from Paypal??

If it is under £39 then send it back by second class recorded delivery, and make sure you enter the tracking number into the dispute console.
Once it shows as delivered, paypal will issue the refund soon after.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Yes, recorded delivery is fine. The no refund statements are tosh, if they accept paypal, they have to be open to any legitimate, or otherwise, disputes that may arise.0

Thanks everyone for your comments. Its not alot of money (£30) but it is to me. Just was worried because she said no refunds. I sent her a message about 5pm and not heard anything. Will give it till Saturday night then will file the claim.
The above information is on an auction. She did say if an item is paid for with buy it now she will accept refunds but won't refund return postage and will deduct 15% relisting fee. Can she do this ??Make £2012 in 2012 #115: £919.86 / £2012

No, she can't say any of that. She has to adhere to the rules of paypal if she accepts that form of payment, this means accepting returns if significantly not as described. She particularly can't add any spurious additional fees, this would be seen as surcharging and has been stopped on ebay for a long time.0

(e.g. its supposed to be like that or it only is a bulge when you wear it?)
Unless it's a fault, then you will have difficulty winning a snad claim."Now to trolling as a concept. ....
