I asked for my MAC key from AOL last week, the lady asked why i wanted to leave i said i might go to Talk Talk or Post Office i havent decided yet, and it was confirmed that if i didnt use it then i will just stay with AOL (later found out i still have my BT contract to pay for so changed my mind)
Yesterday i couldnt connect to the tinternet which i thought was strange , so i ring the AOL helpline and ask whats happening.
They tell my that my line is being transfered to a faster one and it will be back on after midnight.
I thought this was a bit strange and rang back and was told i was being transferd to Talk Talk, phone line, calls the lot which would happen after midnight
Its now going to take 5-10 days to transfer me back to AOL and i currently have to use a 3 dongle which has cost me £15 for a months internet useage, luckily i caught it early enough
Can AOL just transfer me like this with no warning and no permission it seems so underhand !

Yes they are transfering people onto there systems, but this has nothing to do with that as i was transfered months ago, they were trying to transfer my phone line, broadband and phone calls ,everything !0
