Hello,
this is the first time ive used this
, i recently swapped my viegin media to sky - man came to door offered a better deal and as my 12 months where up with virgin i thought why not !
i did as the sky sales man said sent the letter they had already printed to virgin saying please disconect etc etc.
and i thought id be safe and cancel my direct debit on my bank, i canceled it to soon and i didnt pay the last months.
virgin soon started sending letters i kept ringing them saying but ive canceled and gone to sky !!
this was back in march they only cancelled my subscription in may !
i keep getting letters saying you owe ££
but it keeps going up i rang them and said ok , lets start a payment plan they said nope wait fpor the disconnection notice.
i waited and now they have put another £100 on.
when i rang them they was really rude i said but i keep rinbg you offering money you wont take it and want it all in full but keep putting the bill up
1st bill £204.00 when rang lady said no its £187 would not start paynent plan with me told me to wait till disconnection.
had still not disconnected the services !
2nd bill £304.00 still wont accept payment installments and extremly rude saying you can pay sky you pay us !
can anyone help ????
